1. I, in compliance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data" (as amended), Federal Law No. 38-FZ of 13.03.2006 "On Advertising" as amended), freely, voluntarily and in my own interest, do hereby give my consent to AVANTATRADING, LLC (PSRN 1047796849814) (hereinafter referred to as the " Operator")
to process my personal data specified when registering and/or submitting an application for an offer and/or signing up to receive advertising information by filling out a web form in the Atopic App (iOS/Android), on the Company's website www.atopicapp.ru and its subdomains (hereinafter referred to as the "Site"), sent (filled in) using the Site.
Personal data refers to any information related to me as a subject of personal data, including: last name, first name, patronymic; year of birth; month of birth; date of birth; place of birth; address; marital status; social status; property status; education; profession; income;
passport data, phone number, e-mail, taxpayer identification number, state pension insurance certificate number, information included in the employment record, information about military registration, knowledge of a foreign language, citizenship, general work experience, place of work, family composition, as well as other information public information about me.
2. I agree that as part of the processing of personal data, the Company, as well as the Operators named above, have the right to collect, record, systematize, accumulate, analyze, use, extract, transfer to the Operators, receive, process, store, clarify (update, change), depersonalize, block, delete, destroy my personal data by maintaining databases by automated, mechanical, manual methods for the purposes of:
- getting advice on services;
- conducting marketing programs;
- implementation and provision of advertising and marketing services;
- software development,
- maintaining and updating the customer base;
- technical support in the processing of information, documentation and personal data using automation tools and without such use.
3. I agree to receive advertising and allow the Operator to send SMS messages to my address, as well as other types of mailings and notifications, including advertising, using any means of communication.
4. I express my consent and authorize the Operator to combine personal data into the personal data information system and process my personal data, using automation tools or without using automation tools, as well as using other software tools specially developed on behalf of the Operator. Work with personal data information systems is carried out according to the algorithm prescribed by the Operator (collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, use, blocking, destruction, etc.). The methods of processing used, including, but not limited to: clarification of data with me (by mail, e-mail, telephone (including mobile communication), fax, Internet), segmentation of the information base according to specified criteria, periodic contacts with me by telephone (including mobile communication), by e-mail or the Internet. Personal data is obtained by using cookies, submitting a request, providing personal data, or by any other means.
5. I am hereby notified by the Company, as well as on behalf of the Operator, that the intended users of personal data are employees of the Operator (as well as persons engaged under the terms of a civil contract).
6. I am aware that:
- this consent to the processing of my personal data and the receipt of advertising is indefinite and can be revoked by sending a written application to the Operator, including by e-mail info@atopicapp.ru. The date of revocation is the day following the date of delivery to the Company and the Operators of the written application for revocation of consent to the processing of personal data and / or receipt of advertising;
- I have the right to access my personal data, to request clarification (update, change) of my personal data, as well as the deletion and destruction of my personal data in the event of their processing by the Company and the above-mentioned Operators, violating my legal rights and interests, the legislation of the Russian Federation.
7. I undertake to inform the Operator immediately in case of changes in my personal data and information about me, with the provision of supporting documents.
8. This Consent is recognized by me, the Company, and the Operators as my written consent to the processing of my personal data and the receipt of advertising, given in accordance with Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data" and Article 18 of Federal Law No. 38-FZ of 13.03.2006 "On Advertising".
9. By this Consent, I confirm that I am the subject of the provided personal data, and also confirm the accuracy of the provided data.
10. I understand that by registering and / or submitting a request for an offer and / or subscribing to receive advertising information on the Site, I mean my written consent to the terms and conditions described in this Consent.
